A new responsive website for Tennis Vlaanderen

"A fresh website in the new corporate look of Tennis Vlaanderen and a better service for our members was high on the priority list. Human Interface Group played an important part in meeting these challenges. With a step-by-step approach and a strong team, Human Interface Group has served Tennis Vlaanderen with setting up a good architecture and creating a strong design for this complex project within the timing agreed upon."

  • Tennis Vlaanderen is a growing success story. Not in the least due to the success of Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin, tennis became an insanely popular sport and the amount of members of Tennis Vlaanderen continues to grow. Counting 5,5 million users per year, the website is the most important source of information for tennis enthusiasts.

  • Tennis fans do not only consult the website from a computer, they also use a smartphone or tablet. Consequently, the new website is also fully responsive.

  • This was a major challenge since certain interactions are quite complex, but demand a simple interface. When registering for a tournament or booking a tennis court, you need to consider more parameters and dependencies than you might think at first.

  • In the new website, every member of Tennis Vlaanderen disposes of his or her own dashboard with personalised information.

  • The website focuses fully on the user. The structure of the menu is based on user groups, so every one can find information quickly and efficiently.

  • The new graphic design fits entirely within the new branding of Tennis Vlaanderen. It looks modern and fresh, yet with a special creative touch.
