In times like these where technology is evolving exponentially, it’s essential to know what’s happening out there with your products. Unfortunately, you cannot look over every single user’s shoulder. Or can you?

Not literally, no. But we have tools available that come close. For example, we can analyze visitors’ behavior on your website by generating heatmaps, recording movements, setting up funnels, launching surveys, performing A/B tests, and so on. And all those without bothering the user for a minute.

Uncover why it happens

It’s not because you have the tools to measure, that you really know what’s going on in users’ heads. Even when you ask people with a survey what they think, you cannot be sure that you’ll capture the real reasons.

That’s why we always gather additional insight in why people are doing the things they do. And that means ‘Getting Out Of the Building’ (or GOOB, if you like fancy-speak). We go out and visit your customers in their habitat or we invite them for a focus group. No matter where your users are, we observe what they do and we ask why they do it.

We’ll uncover their needs, wants and concerns and use that information to create better products.
